I ordered an item 3 weeks ago and had waited her response for a week. I asked about the order status and she told me that she was on her vacation so couldn't process my order. She promised me to complete the order and send the item during the weekend but i did not hear anything from her at that weekend.

So I sent message regarding the delay. She didn't answer my message and updated her profile with new items. I was tired of waiting it so I requested refund but she told me that she doesn't do refund but she only cancels the order.

So I said I'll just wait and please send it as soon as possible. Now she is saying you're threatening and disrespectful so I'm not feeling like to do my order.
