I have done multiple orders with Brandy throughout my time on ATW. I just talked with her though a payment app and she is locked out of her ATW account. She has been in contact admin and gave them a list of buyers to contact on her behalf to let them know her situation. Once she has access again she said she will be refunding the orders that were messed up.
Please give her a little time and be understanding She is a great seller and is not intentionally trying to scam anyone out of their order!
