He received package I sent, and then informed me that it came ripped open and empty. Now is asking for a refund and claiming I am a scam when this account has been opened for four years, with no reviews.. Out of hundreds of packages I have sent, many being weekly regulars, this has never happened. He has now given me a one star on my account as well, making me look bad.
